Update: Police Respond To Road-Rage Video

Police intend to charge suspect with 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving.

Suffolk County Police have issued a statement regarding yesterday's shocking road-rage incident in Holbrook that involved an SUV speeding in the wrong direction down Veterans Highway.

 "Suffolk County Police Fifth Precinct Crime Control is actively investigating this road rage incident as a Reckless Endangerment 2 and a Reckless Driving," the statement reads. "The Fifth Precinct Crime Control has contacted the complainant."

Reckless Endangerment 2 is a Class A misdemeanor and Reckless Driving is an unclassified misdemeanor, according to the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
