Two Injured in Ronkonkoma Crash
Ronkonkoma FD frees pinned victim following crash near train station.
Two people are in the hospital following a crash in Ronkonkoma Tuesday evening.
The two car crash occurred at the intersection of Union Avenue and Carroll Avenue around 6:06 p.m., police said.
A source on the scene told Patch that the Ronkonkoma Fire Department had to extract a woman who was pinned from a vehicle. That woman and another victim were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital via Ronkonkoma Fire Department EMS. Police said both victims suffered minor, non-life threatening injuries.
