Late-night Tuesday crash closes Holbrook Road and school entrance, report says.

Two utility poles near Nokomis Elementary School in Holbrook were knocked down as the result of a late-Tuesday night car crash, Suffolk County Police said in a Newsday report.

According to the report, police said that Lynne Villalba, 51 of Lake Ronkonkoma, was driving a 2007 Ford Expedition on Holbrook Road when she lost control, toppling two utility poles near the school’s entrance at 11:04 p.m. No injuries were reported from the crash.

Villalba was reportedly arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Villalba was scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in First District Court in Central Islip.
