Police Release Photos of Lake Ronkonkoma TD Bank Robber
Man is also suspected of robbing banks in Deer Park and North Babylon recently.
Police have released surveillance photos of a man they say robbed the Lake Ronkonkoma TD Bank Sunday afternoon.
The man entered the bank, located at 474 Portion Road, displayed a handgun and demanded money from a teller at 1:13 p.m., police said. The teller complied with the demands and the robber fled on foot.
Police say the same man is responsible for robbing a New York Commercial Bank in Deer Park on Sept. 5 and Oct. 11, as well as a North Babylon TD Bank on Oct. 27.
The robber is described as a white male in his mid 30s to late 40s, approximately 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10 with a thin build and light complexion.

Police are asking anyone with information on the robberies to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
