Police: Money Taken During Medford Hess Station Robbery

Robber displayed what appeared to be a gun, police said.

Additional details on the Sunday night robbery of the Hess gas station at 3203 Route 112 in Medford have been released by Suffolk County Police.

According to police, a person entered the station at 8:05 p.m., displayed what appeared to be a gun and stole money from the gas station.

As previously reported, police responded to a 911 call that came in at 8:18 p.m. regarding the robbery. Officers blocked off the entrances into the gas station for the investigation that night.
