Police: Kings Park Man Sold Heroin From Home

Christopher Boutin, 29, sold heroin from home on Thompson Street, police say.

A Kings Park man used his home as a meeting point to sell heroin, State Police said Thursday.

Christopher Boutin, 29, was arrested after members of the New York State Police Special Operations Response Team and the Troop L Narcotics Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at a residence at 26 Thompson Street shortly after 6 a.m. Thursday, police said.

A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of quantities of heroin, xanax and marijuana, police said.

Boutin is charged with three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He will be arraigned in First District Court in Central Islip on Friday.

After an inspection by the Smithtown Department of Public Safety, Smithtown Fire Marshal and Building Departments, the home was deemed unsafe. All residents were forced to vacate until violations are corrected, police said.

Two other men inside the home were charged with possession of marijuana.

Sounds like someone may be closer to the accused than they would like to admit....Heroin is a scourge and examples need to be made of dealers, especially when they have no regard for the lives they ruin on the name of their own personal profit.

guess what! i dont do disgusting heroine and never Once did i say anything posotive about heroine? i didnt, so your statement isnt too relevent to me personally miss/sir :)
Ken February 21, 2014 at 02:13 PM
Boutin is charged with three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The first three charges, CSCS in the Third Degree CSCS in the Third Degree is a B Felony in New York. The minimum punishment is 1 year jail and the maximum punishment is 9 years jail. There is also the possibility (under extenuating circumstances) that a judge can impose an alternative sentence where the accused can get less jail time, or possibly no jail time at all. CSCS in the Third Degree is most commonly charged when A person knowingly and unlawfully sells a narcotic drug (often cocaine or heroin), He has three of these charges, hopfully the court will not make any deals, the other charges are BS.

Never said anyone did heroin......mental case.

I was a one Grade above his, Everyone in KP knew what he was up-to. it was no secret. Since HS he sold oxycontin then graduated to heroin years ago. It's a shame Adam Tweddie wasn't also arrested cause then all would be good again in the world. (Newsday) Three Kings Park brothers were arrested on drug charges and their home declared unsafe after a six-month undercover sting, state police said. State police began their operation after neighbors complained about people and cars coming to the house at "all hours, day and night," said McArdle, head of the narcotics enforcement unit. A "low-level dealer," Boutin sold heroin from his home and was a drug user himself, the investigator said. When undercover officers came to buy, he'd come out and sell drugs from his driveway, he said. The drugs were found in a bathroom cabinet, McArdle said: "Pretty much all he had left was enough for personal use." McArdle said the house had several electrical problems but also had hoarding and sanitation issues. Trash and belongings were waste high, he said. Put him in jail or send him off to the Military to help clean his act up and maybe learn a way to focus on better decisions. Maybe there he can learn how to achieve an honest life. At least he will have the time to dwell on his poor decisions. Most importantly, one less loser providing a feel good death sentence to others that are making the choice to poison themselves to a non-successfull life , in and out of jail and possibly death(usually). Money AND laziness are the route of all evil.

Thank you for the informative post @ John. Shame on all the knuckleheads defending this animal. You know who you are.
John March 08, 2014 at 06:05 AM
Welcome Bumpkin, On Webcrims it shows Hes screwed he plead not guilty and new charges from DEC 22nd the start of the CI Investigation (Christmas heroin how nice) Were filled against him. The next meeting next month is in front of a grand jury webcrims says and its a conference Chris will not be allowed there. I'm sure its for the dope head/rat CI who introduced under covers to him to discuss the case and KP in the know task force, Suffolk police and the DEA will all be in sharing there knowledge of the drug dealer that they have each tried to catch for years. I buy my girls liquor across the road once and the owner told me be careful man the DEA/COPs are sitting behind the building watching someones home, I asked more info and he said i don't know man ask them so i asked main st pizza last week who told me he always seen all the cars and people walking up while outside, and it never bothered him unill one night taking out the garbage he stepped on a syringe and the needle went up his shoe just missing his skin so he put in a report before almost kicking the shit out of chris who he would always see hoping fences, He said DEA teans sit there with lights off using military style nigh vision IR binoculars because he (chris) knew he was being watched out front so he hoped the fence to caravel to out smart then and meets addicts in the back parking lot for dope and pills. Then they started using it as a shooting gallery under caravel's lights were kids play all summer and that pissed him off BIGTIME so he called and called and Chris was never arrested until now 4 years later (Chris must have been working with a Agency for Immunity IMO) Then it ran dry. All the overdoses just think how many he is reasonable for. So many deaths every week there is one. I hope this scumbag rots after hearing about these new facts
John March 08, 2014 at 06:21 AM
PS New Charges new bail 40k cash now or 40k bond, might as well be a million bucks buy the sound of his family. He will be in Jail 5-8 years if they collected enough evidence. I don't give a shit if he rats out the dam president there should be no more deals offered for this selfish POS. He has rated for years while killing people from his drugs. No Mercy no Deals. Plain and Simple there is NO ONE larger then Chris Boutin as a dealer in Kings Park. I checked state gun records and he has a AK-47 registered in is his name bought 3 years ago. Hmmm wonder why he needs that, also herd from a extremely reliable no BS source he stored his drugs behind his home someone from a friend of a friend who fell down the Heroin hole and was very close with him, HMM that's why 3 baggies were found, Give me a break There is soposed to be more like 5-10k worth of Herion and Oxycontin in a small easy to get to stash spot behind his garage maybie under plywood in a hole or within 10 ft from his garage behind the laundry mat in something waterproof that blends in. I do know for a fact he converted one of those rat boxes they put bait in inside his garage and removed bair and blocked rat holes and had a chain to it and stored money and drugs in it for many years, I just do not know if he still uses it or were it is or i'd call and tip off the police. If that is found he will be serving 8 more years in prison upstate!
John March 08, 2014 at 06:39 AM
PS Once again anyone or any police with a DRUG DOG check behind the laundry mat, check behind caravel pizza, DR's office and the restaraunt, check behind his shed and in his shed, check all around the bank parking lot in the corners for rat box exp the alley way cut threw to church st, check all rat trap bait stations ( this one is soposed to be airtight heavily modified from the rumor i herd surrounded with thick sheet metal on the inside to keep any rodents from eating his drugs/money and keeping rain/snow/humidity out. I know this much because he had a KP town park worker Junkie i wont name weld it and set it up for him. From my understanding there would be two big locks, one lock to get inside and other tied to a chain around fence or post then locked to the outside to look like any random pest unit.
Concerned Res March 09, 2014 at 03:39 PM
Heard a rumor that Boutin may get a slap on the wrist. Since he has not been in trouble before he may be able to work a deal where he could be out of jail by June and maybe go to rehab or in a court program where he has to report to the courts weekly. That would be a shame, all the Police work, tax payers $$ and families destroyed by him to just give him a slap on the wrist. Who is it that makes these deals, the District Attorney. I think that anyone who doest want to see this happen should show up to all his court appearances and put pressure on the decision makers. This is a rumor that came from Boutin to a jail mate, is this deal really in the works or just wishful thinking. I think its time the people of Kings Park make a stand and put a stop to the out of control drug use here.
Idontknowshit March 10, 2014 at 10:30 AM
I think this is funny that everyone thinks boutin is a big time dealer lol the kids a junkie and got dope for other people to support his habit. If he was as big as everyone says wherea his mercedez benz? Why is he still in jail if he was makin them big bucks? Dont you think a so called big time heroin dealer would be out on the so called 40k bond 20k cash if he was "big time" lol and it is a damn shame that my boy who just got out of riverhead and spoke to him said i quote " i cant believe the cops where dumb enough to let the real big fish Brian Miller go aka the CI or rat go for a junkie " hes the real big time who has killed people fact and who drives a bmw and who is still outvtheir hustling. To tell you the truth i was surprised to hear that cause anyone who actually knows drug dealers in kp knows hes the big fish
truth March 10, 2014 at 01:01 PM
Hey, if everyone puts there dope money on the side for Chris they can get him out for their weekend fix!
Concerned Res March 10, 2014 at 01:52 PM
How ever big a dealer Boutin is or was, he has been distributing this crap for many years here in Kings Park, has his stuff been responsable for any of the many over dose deaths? How about the many families that are dealing with their loved ones addicted to this drug, that he supplies. @Idontknowshit, the big fish you mention "BM". Your right he is another one along with several others, I could name them as well but I dont want this post to be removed. Why is big fish BM out there hustling still, because when he does get caugh, he gets a slap on the wrist. Thats the problem with the system.
Idontknowshit March 10, 2014 at 02:27 PM
@concerned res yes you are right but its not just one person as everyone is blaming its multiple people as you just said. BM is the only other dealer i know about and i have told the police about it. Its people like you who claim they wana help but instead know other dealers as you just said and arent doing anything about it if you wanna actually do something then do it dont be afraid of posts being removed who cares its a deadly drug that wont be removed from our town until people like you open your mouth. Instead of bashing one kid who obviously made bad decisions step up and do something dont just talk about BE about it
Idontknowshit March 10, 2014 at 02:33 PM
And the system is flawed and to many people know alot about this drug and whos doing it focus on getting these people off the streets. People need to talk open your mouths. It didnt start with one person and its not gona stop with one person getting caught. These kids need help not to be treated like shit, everyone makes mistakes some bigger then others and the only person to blame for someone dying from this is that person who died it was their choice and decision to use that drug no one elses
Concerned Res March 10, 2014 at 04:22 PM
@Idontknowshit. You assume I do nothing. The cops know who all the dealers are. Hopefully they will get them too. I'm sure when Boutin gets out he will be right back in business. I agree that all these people on these drugs need help, sometimes the proper help is not available, cost etc. But we don't need the dealers help making the drugs readily available. As far as someone who overdoses, yes it's their own fault as well as the ones suppling the drugs. Oh yea you refer to Chris Boutin as a kid, he is a Man, 29 years old, a man. He needs to pay the price.
Ina March 10, 2014 at 04:40 PM
all of u need grow up and have a life. all u do is talk about this. u need to grow up
Stevo March 10, 2014 at 04:58 PM
Ina, if you don't like it, than please don't read the comments. This guy is supplying deadly poison to kids in KP. If you don't think it needs to be addressed, that's your right, but it doesn't mean anyone else shouldn't feel free to discuss it.

John April 05, 2014 at 12:27 AM
New charges for Christopher Boutin He was booked with 2 misdemeanor charges of possession and 3 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree schedule 1 dangerous drug. The Judge set his bail at 20k cash or 40k bond. He remained in custody. His next hearing the Judge ordered his bail set to 40k cash or 40k bond, He remained in custody. Around march 5th while Chris was still in police custody/county jail a NEW 4th felony charge, Possession of a schedule 1 dangerous drug with intent to sell and the judge ordered his bail raised to 50k cash, 50k bond. It also mention's a Grand Jury in his report more then once. From looking over the fact's, One would assume another Agency that was not present during the arrest, possibly the DEA had pending charges of a past sale of heroin since new charges were added on while in custody after a conference court date. It appears buy the mention of the grand jury a possible Trial or that Chris has not accepted or most likely the prosecutor has not yet offered him any plea bargain for a lighter sentence. It's extremely possible since another felony charge was added there could be other on-going charges or open cases still and this is why any plea-agreements are placed on hold until his charge's are complete with any and all other agency's investigating Christopher Boutin. Whoever mentioned something about him telling a cellmate he is expecting a slap on the wrist because it was his first offense is very wrong because they just don't know the fact's, No offense.. There are many sites the average person simply does not know of to search people's background. (I'm not talking about sites like Intelius. In my business we call Intelius the Criagslist of background reports Lmao) My background in criminal justice taught me the tricks of the trade and I'm a licensed Private Investigator (side job). That is how i found out he currently has a registered firearm in his name, AR-15 I believe it is or AK-47 I'd have to double check again to pull up exact model and date purchased but i can tell you he 100% owns ONE Machine Gun. I pay yearly for a database for every state in the USA to search public records that show addresses, cell phone and home numbers, firearm history, past and present arrest history, seizures, liens, bank history, credit card debt, loan's, repossessions, criminal background, past and present warrants, An amazing new technology that went live last year on the site called person locator with photo option for facial scan. This checks your health insurance, credit cards and other tricks to pin-point a last know time and place then does a search and locate and performs a search in current hospitals, county jails, state prisons if no hits it then uses facial recognition at casino's hotels malls big city's street corner cameras basically any camera in this huge loop of tied together networks and scans for a match for as long as its left running (Bounty Hunters use this like its sliced bread, sometimes they will have 10 computers running each looking for a different person, when it gets a positive match the system automatically text's you a last known address, GPS coordinates exact time & updates ). Any Ticket's, Summons or lawsuits buy the state I'm licensed to work in, So all NY for me. There is also a section at the bottom for note's to be listed about the Individual from anyone who uses the database to read or write. It is Illegal for me to read the note section to anyone not licensed to access the database and non law enforcement. That is the one section were its completely private and against the law. Let's just say Chris has some interesting notes from some very interesting people.

Continued: Fake for example only: Mike Smiths Notes: From TNT Repo 1-14-2009: We went to repossess gentleman's boat, as always we run and print a ********* database check on the Individual for each person on the team. We seen he had 1 shotgun in his name bought last year at Dicks sporting goods, and previous pistol and assault charges with no handgun license and spent 4 years in Essex county jail. We took the shotgun loaded with Rubber Buckshot non-lethal. There is also a note from another agency saying mike is a known steroid user with the perfect temper to match. Due to his nature the team and I made sure to bring along the owner and friend, Bobby who has his licensed concealed carrier permit. So not only did Bob come along but we took 'Chase" our Protection Trained Ex LE K9 Unit Dutch Shepperd. As figured Mike gave us an extremely hard time trying to even get near the boat and trailer in his yard that was blocked with a GMC 4x4 and dodge car. It erupted into a fight then mike charged into his home and we herd the sound of a shotgun being cocked, We released chase who sat behind his door hidden and tackled him as he walked out with the shotgun aimed at myself and team mate Karen. We cuffed him and waited for police as we dragged both cars out of the way and loaded the boat and trailer on the flatbed. Cops took him away, Use extreme caution in future with this felon. Bank got there boat, we got paid. Another day in the life -TnT- There is also a whole load of other goodies on the database that are more secretive. It was built and specialized for Private investigators, Certain Security Guards who work for Pharmaceutical Labs, Chemical Labs, Restricted Laboratory, Jewelery wholesale and big companies, Armored Truck Company's and so on. It is mainly professional security team's in these type of company's who are granted access not even the CEO'S or Management. If they apply for it they must have a team of professional security or they get denied even if they make 20 million a year but another company approved with trained security makes 5 million a year. Also just because some company's employee Armed security guards is not a green light that qualifys them. The database now is running a new costly program for company's who were turned down but want access to the software and are willing to spend the money to upgrade there security teams, equipment and software needed that runs for 10 days long for 2 months to send and train the top 2 members who run the potential client's security team to be fully approved buy the time they leave. Many high end hotels and wall street corporations are booked solid for the next year since there new facial program came out. New for all members of the database. Mainly used buy Hotels, Big company's, Bounty hunters, Private Investigators hired to find wanted, kidnapped or missing persons and of course for Casino's (mainly for cheats and all there info as soon as they walk in the door with facial recognition software, they can all work together with this system at every casino) Bounty hunter's, Repo agencies , Job/Hiring Agency's, Banks, LE and other such Venues that benefit from knowing the In's and out's of instant background check's with more data then ever imaged before and the best way to learn who someone really is within just a few clicks. It truly is amazing Software 10 years a head of its time that eventually one day every business will use. Facial scanning software is already being used buy LE, outside Casino's, outside Airport's and outside all government agency's already. This company's software is the first of its kind for certain small to mega private companys use to connect into the 'LOOP' as its nicknamed in the CCTV spy cam facial recognition network..

CONTINUED: If you think I'm full of it here is other public info i can share. Chris owned a BMW X5 that was repossessed due to non-payment, The car is now registered to someone else in NY. I looked up his past criminal history in the state of NY to see if this was his first offense or not. It was not. There is a misdemeanor offense from 5 years ago. :Paraphernalia possession of hypodermic syringes or needles but does not list any charges (first offense charges may of been tossed so further info sealed as some Judges will do on first time small offenses as a favor).

Glad to see you have such a vested interest, it's a shame the cesspool LI has become. Chased these morons off my block many times , more people need to open their eyes and report.
