PHOTOS: Accident Snags Traffic From East Playoff Game
Suffolk Police respond to two-car accident on Granny Road and Old Medford Avenue.
Sachem East Girls Basketball fans were filing out of High School East after last night's playoff victory to a slow line of cars navigating around this accident, which occurred at the intersection of Granny Road and Old Medford Avenue.
According to Suffolk Police the accident took place when a 1997 Oldsmobile was traveling westbound on Granny Road and the driver attempted to make a left turn southbound onto Old Medford Avenue. The Oldsmobile collided with a 2011 Mitsubishi that was heading eastbound on Granny Road.
Police say there were no injuries to report.
