Earlier on Thursday, Suffolk County Police issued a Silver Alert for Daniel Martens, who was last seen in Farmingville.
Martens,76, who suffers from dementia, was located. He was uninjured.
Prior to him going missing, he was last seen on Old Medford Avenue in Farmingville at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22.
He was wearing a yellow t-shirt, blue jeans and brown Rockport boat shoes.
Martens is described as a white man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 145 pounds, with grey hair and hazel eyes. Martens also has tattoos and wears reading glasses.
The Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
