Holbrook Man, Three Others Charged With Assault in Post Jets Game Brawl

Police say women punched and kicked Holbrook's Kurt Paschke before he punched a Boston woman in the face.

A day after a video showing him clocking a Boston woman in the face after Sunday's Jets game went viral, a Holbrook man and three others have been charged with assault.

Kurt Paschke, 38, is seen on the video punching Jaclyn Nugent, 26, during a brawl in the concourse. Paschke, Nugent and Nugent's friends, Amanda MacDowell, 25, of Marlborough, Mass., and David Sacco, 28, of Boston, are all charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Police say Nugent and MacDowell punched and kicked Paschke in the body and head before the Holbrook man struck Nugent in the face.

"Once the legal process has run its course, each of them must take the necessary steps before even being considered for readmission to future events," the statement reads.

Paschke served three years in prison in the 1990s for a fatal stabbing behind a Sayville pizzeria.
