Fire Rips Through Ronkonkoma Apartment Complex
No reported injuries, but plenty of damage as blaze appeared to be caused by electric.
The Lakeland and Ronkonkoma Fire Departments were just two of six volunteer houses to respond to an electrical fire that damaged four apartments in Ronkonkoma yesterday morning.
According to Newsday, the departments responded to the Knob Hill apartments off Richmond Boulevard and Nichols Road at around 7:45 a.m.
There were no injuries reported, and authorities determined that the electrical fire was accidental.
