Crime Report: Multiple Harassments, Violent Chevy Driver

A list of incidents and arrests in Holbrook and Farmingville last week as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information is directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's media incidents list .

Holbrook

  • Police responded to a criminal mischief incident on Springmeadow Drive on January 13 at around 6:15 p.m.
  • Police rushed to Portion Road for a harassment call on January 12 at around 3:40 p.m. According to the call, the complainant was assaulted by a white male in a red Chevy Cavalier. 
  • Police responded to a dispute between an ex-husband and his former spouse's new boyfriend on Spruce Drive at around 7 p.m. 
  • Police responded to a harassment call on Holbrook Road on January 9 at around 2 p.m. According to the call an unknown white male with light colored hair wearing a red plaid jacket was harassing the complainant.
  • Police answered an aggravated harassment call at All Points Road on January 9. According to the call a known female was making threats over the phone to the complainant at around 1 p.m.
  • Police answered a call on Flintridge Drive on January 9 after a complainant claimed to be assaulted by a known male and a female. The call came in at around 6 p.m.
  • Louise Sillaro, of Holbrook, was arrested in Hauppauge on January 10 for 3rd degree grand larceny. 

Farmingville

  • Police answered a burglary alarm on Horseblock Road on January 13 at around 10:13 a.m. 
  • Police responded to a petit larceny call on County Road 83 on January 8 at around 1:30 p.m. According to the call, a security guard was holding a subject who had stolen items from the pharmacy section of a business. 
  • There were no arrests for serious offenses in Farmingville this week.
