Crime Report: Lovers Quarrel, War on Vehicles

A look at the past week's police incidents and arrests for Farmingville.

The following incidents and arrests were culled from the Suffolk County Police Department's media page.

Farmingville

  • Police responded to a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend on Horizon View Drive on April 1 at around 7 a.m. According to the description the complainant was planning to move out of the residence.
  • Police responded to an aggravated harassment call on South Howell Avenue on March 30 at around 2:45 p.m. According to the description the complainant had been receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown subject.
  • Police answered a criminal mischief call on Roberta Avenue on March 29 at around 2 a.m. According to the description the complainant just discovered that the rear windshield of the complainant's vehicle had been smashed.
  • Another incident of criminal mischief to a vehicle occurred on March 28, this time on Glover Drive at around 4 p.m. No other details are provided.
  • There were no arrests for serious offenses in Farmingville this week.
