Crime Report: Paintballs, Burglaries, And Criminal Mischief

A list of incidents in the Sachem area last week as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information is directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's media incidents list .       

 

Holbrook

  • Residents of a home on Inverness Road in Holbrook were afraid to enter their house after reporting a burglary on June 9 at 7:45 p.m.
  • An incident of robbery was reported on Portion Road on June 8 at 6:56 p.m.
  • An incident of aggravated harrassment was reported by a home occupant on Dolphin Street on June 5 at 10:15 a.m.
  • A family argument between two relatives occured on Hiram Avenue in Holbrook on June 5 at 5:28 p.m.

Holtsville

  • An incident of criminal mischief involving vending machines was reported on Buckley Road in Holtsville on June 8 at 6:00 p.m.
  • An alarm system reported a burglary on Concord Drive on June 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Farmingville

  • An incident of petit larceny on County Road 16 was reported to police on June 5 at 1:17 a.m.
  • Police responded to a call for aggravated harrassment on Horseblock Road in Farmingville on June 5 at 2:00 p.m.

Ronkonkoma           

  • An incident of aggravated harrassment was reported on Railroad Avenue in Lake Ronkonkoma on June 9 at 2:20 a.m.
  • A drunk suspect reportedly punched a fellow customer on June 9 at an establishment on Ronkonkoma Avenue at 7:56 a.m.
  • An incident of criminal mischief on Ocean Avenue was reported on June 9 at 8:30 a.m.
  • An incident of criminal mischief occurred on Veteran's Memorial Highway in Ronkonkoma on June 8 at 10:15 a.m.
  • Police reponded to a call for criminal mischief on Round Pond Road on June 6 at 10:15 p.m.      
  • A call for paintballs being shot at a home on Express Drive in Lake Ronkonkoma caused police to respond at 10:30 p.m. on June 7.
