Cops Seeking Holbrook Salon Burglar

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fifth Squad detectives are asking for the public's help identifying and locating the man who burglarized a Holbrook hair salon last Wednesday.

Police say the man, pictured here, broke through the front door of Headcutter's on Furrows Road in Holbrook at around 12:44 a.m. on August 14.

Once inside, the man rummaged through the cash register located at the front desk, but fled the salon without any proceeds. 

He is described as white, in his mid to late 40s, with dark, receding hair. At the time of the break-in he was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the left breast and blue jeans.
