Cops Seek Man Who Stole From Nearby Grocery Store

Suffolk County Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a man they say stole groceries from the Shop Rite grocery store in Selden back in November.

According to police the man, seen in this photo, walked into the grocery store on College Road at around 2 p.m. on Nov. 10, filled his cart with more than $200 in meats and seafood and then left without paying. Police said the man fled the parking lot on foot. 

Anyone with information about this crime is asked call Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
