Talk Back: Live Near Any 'Stop-tionals'?
Stop signs are not optional, but sometimes people treat them as if they are.
Just about every community has them. The "Stop-tional"--that Stop sign that everyone thinks is more a suggestion than a command. You'll be walking your dog or dragging out the garbage cans and you see the car coming down the road, slow down a little and then accelerate through the stop sign.
