Sachem North Bone Marrow Drive

15-year old student-athlete from Sachem High School North's life changed when diagnosed with Chronic MyelogenousLeukemia (CML) in January 2010.

CML is relatively uncommon, and rarely seen in children. After a year of treatment heading towards remission, the student developed a rare cellular mutation.

The best potential cure is a bone marrow transplant and donor has not yet been found. Therefore the family and the Sachem Central School District is calling on the community for help.
