The Sachem Swim Club, a USA Swimming Club is hosting an OPEN HOUSE for its beginner levels on Wednesday January 22, 2014 from 5pm to 8pm at the Sachem High School East Pool. The beginner level is an
introductory group open to all new and returning swimmers that are
capable of swimming one lap of the pool independently without stopping.
Beginner practices twice (2x) per week for 45 minutes per session, once during the week and once on Saturday morning. In this group, the focus is on the development of proper technique in the four competitive strokes.
Swimmers should bring a bathing suit, a change of clothes, a towel and goggles with them for an evaluation by the coaching staff.
