Free Fitness Clinic
Free Fitness Clinic on Wednesday February 26 at 7pm in Sayville. Registration required:
The
free clinic will be one hour long and will include instruction on how
to start a fitness walking, or beginner running program. Information
will include injury prevention, the importance of proper apparel &
sneakers, hydration, goal setting techniques, stretching and instruction
on warm up and cool down. The class will take place in Sayville. Because space is limited, registration is required for this clinic.
