Suffolk Nurses Honored in Ronkonkoma
Leg. Kennedy recognizes nursing professionals at event held in Courtyard by Marriott.
Suffolk County Legislator John M. Kennedy, Jr. was recently at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ronkonkoma to honor members of the Professional Nurses Association of Suffolk County.
Founded in 1987 by Margaret Hardie, Clara Hofmann and a group of registered nurses who believed a collective approach to the issues of the nursing profession would enable Suffolk County to address concerns more effectively and compassionately.
"It was my privilege to thank the Nurses of Suffolk County on the wonderful work they have done and will continue to do,” Legislator Kennedy stated in a release.
