The Sachem North Boys Lacrosse team dominated the faceoff circle and scored five goals before Patchogue-Medford gained a possession en route to a 17-3 victory in the opening round of the Suffolk Class A playoffs.
Sachem won 15 faceoffs in total and the Arrows got scoring contributions from all parts of the field including Jimmy Hoffman, Nick Haiduk, Nick Gutmann and Sean O'Brien.
