Reminder: Relay For Life
Sachem's annual tradition is back on starting June 8 at Sachem East.
It's that time of year again. The Sachem community will be hosting its own Relay For Life event, this time as Sachem High School East on June 8-9 on the track.
The relay begins at 6 p.m. as hundreds are slated to hit the track to raise awareness, show support and walk in remembrance of the millions impacted by cancer.
This year so far more than 550 participants in the Sachem community have raised almost $77,000 for the cause. Of the 77 formed teams, the leading fundraising teams for Sachem are:
