Police Probing Violent Altercation In Holbrook

Suffolk County detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a violent attack at a Holbrook home that sent two victims to the hospital.

According to police the incident took place on Raymond Court shortly after midnight on Friday when two people allegedly attacked a man at a home. The suspects also damaged three cars that were parked in the driveway and busted a window on the house.

The victim was transported to Stony Brook University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Neighbors on the residential street say they were startled by the number of police cars and tape at the scene, and added that the damaged vehicles looked as if someone had used a baseball bat. 

Sixth Squard detectives are currently investigating whether the victim knew the suspects, according to police.
