The Sachem Central School District PTA Council has canceled its "Meet the Candidates" night scheduled for Wednesday, April 24.
The three incumbent candidates running for school board: Michael Timo, Sal Tripi and Anthony Falco, are all running unopposed. The planned event was originally set to take place at the auditorium of Samoset Middle School.
Timo, Tripi and Falco's names will be on the ballot for voters when the public turns out to vote on the budget: May 21.
