Barbecue and Music event planned for cancer victims.

The following article was written by Pete McNeill.

Billed as "Sachem Track fights back against Cancer", the Sachem Track community has organized a Barbecue and Live Music event that will be hosted by the Irish Times Pub in Holbrook.

With funds raised going to three track athletes (Nicole Iorio, Kristine Clifford, Joe Anderchuk) and a wrestler (Paul Di Iorio), hopefully not only money will be raised for these families, but spirits too!

The headlining act is New York State Blues Hall of Fame Keyboard player Tommy Keys who will be teaming with ace guitarist John Whelan on classic blues tunes. Keys is also expected to debut some songs from his latest CD, "the Devils Den", the follow up to Keys' critically acclaimed "The Man on the Moon" CD which hit #4 on the Sirius Radio charts. The official release for the new CD is July, but advance copies may be available for this special event.
