Highlights: Sachem BOE Comments

Last week the Sachem School District Board of Education met for the first time since its 2013-14 budget plan failed to garner the 60% supermajority needed to pass.

The vote has forced the board back to a 3.14% tax cap retreat. The tax cap budget scenario will call for $6 million in cuts. Watch our video mashup of some of the public comments from the meeting.
