The Sachem North Lacrosse Club has planned some upcoming events to help raise funds and support for the program. The following information was provided by Brian Griffin of the Lacrosse Club.
Date: April 26
What: Annual Steak Night
Where: Polish American Hall; 35 Jayne Boulevard, Port Jefferson
When: 7-11 p.m.
What: For $70 boosters will sit down to a 20oz. ribeye steak, baked potato, salad and an open bar. Supporters will also get a chance to spend the night out with fellow lacrosse enthusiasts and families in the Sachem North community.
Date: May 9
What: Sixth Annual Golf Outing
Where: Rock Hill Country Club, Manorville
When: 11:30 a.m. Registration & Lunch. 1 p.m. Shotgun
What: For $175 per golfer Sachem North Lacrosse boosters will get a full package that includes greens fees, the driving range, BBQ lunch, on-course amenities, an open bar cocktail reception and a full buffet lobster dinner. For $60 non-golfers can join the group later in the day for dinner only. The da will also feature a full table of raffles and a 50/50.
