Separate ent, off-street (if possible) pkg for 1 car, close to bus route - I drive, but she doesn't - kitchen, bath. Looking for $1100 or so, including all utilities & cable & no brokers fee. (Once again: NO BROKERS FEE.)
Interested in Ronkonkoma (South of LIE), Holbrook, Patchogue (west of Rt 101), Sayville, Bayport/Bluepoint areas. Close to Montauk Hwy (or LIRR train station) would be great. Or near bus route 40, 54 or 63. Needed by or BEFORE November 30 the very, VERY latest.
