Saturday, June 25: Oil Free Dressings — 1:00 p.m.: Don’t gunk up your salad (and body) with excessive oils and creamy pre-made dressings. Tim, our HES, will teach you how to make delicious oil-free dressings for your locally grown greens. 

Saturday, June 25: Meet Your Local Vendor — 11:00am – 2:00p.m.: Put a face to the product. Join us for their Local Vendor Series to learn more about local vendors. Ask about their story, chat about their products and get to know your local suppliers. Meet Sunny Girl Organics from Queens.

Tuesday, June 28: GMO’s in Food: Finding and Avoiding — 5:00 p.m.: We will explore exactly what GMOs (genetically-modified organisms) are, the latest research, and how to avoid them in our food. Includes a quick tour that highlights our multitude of non-GMO items!

Thursday, June 30: Supper Club — 6:30pm — $8 per person — Pre-Registration Required: Relax and let us do the cooking for an evening.
