Tuesday, December 13: Weight Watchers Tour with Tim Williams – 7-9 p.m.: Join Tim as he highlights Health Starts Here and how the program seamlessly correlates with Weight Watchers Healthy Guidelines. Learn how to get healthy and lose weight at America’s healthiest grocery store. 

Wednesday, December 14: Supper Club: Feast of the Seven Fishes – 6:30 p.m. - $10 per person: Relax and let us do the cooking for an evening. Be a part of our exclusive Supper Club for this special edition highlighting the popular Italian Holiday meal, the Feast of the Seven Fishes. If you can’t get enough seafood – this is the perfect event for you. *In store pre-payment and registration required.

Thursday, December 15: Kids Class: Decorate Your Holiday Ornament - 5 p.m.: Bring the little one’s along to decorate their very own Holiday Ornament. We’ll teach the kids some different tricks for making the perfect ornament to hang on the tree or help decorate the home. And of course they’ll be serving some favorite holiday snacks.

Saturday, December 17: China Study Intro Class: Book Club – 11 a.m.: Join them as we explore the book the New York Times called “The Grand Prix of Epidemiology.” Bring your book or buy at the store. 

Sunday, December 18: New Year, New You. – 10 a.m.: Who’s on your shopping list?  Don’t forget your fine self! Make your first resolution one to remember—and one to stick to. Join Master Life Coach Don Deaner and HES Tim for this interactive class. They’ll cover setting realistic goals, time management, and keeping on track to reach those goals. 

Tuesday, December 20: Gluten Free Cooking – 6 p.m.: Quinoa, Millet, Amaranth, Farro! These might not be household names to you…yet. Join Tim and discover some easy and nutritious recipes featuring whole grains. 

Wednesday, December 21: Farmers Market – 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Join them for an indoor market in our Café and meet your local farmers and artisans. Explore the unique and local items from the comfort of their café. 

Thursday, December 29: Get Back in Balance – 5 p.m.: Tend to “overdo it” a bit during the holidays?  Tim will offer some easy, quick ideas and recipes to prevent that toxic feeling. Stay ahead of the crowd, start your year off in great form with these fast fixes.
