Violets Blue Re-Opens Inside Smith Haven Mall

Violets Blue, a women's fashion and accessory shop, is welcoming customers to their new storefront in Smith Haven Mall. 

Violets Blue announced it had re-opened for for business on Friday after being closed for more than three months. The shop temporarily closed on May 31 to relocate to a different storefront in the Macy's branch of the Smith Haven Mall. 

"We are open for business now at our Smith Haven Mall and Walt Whitman Mall locations...," Violets Blue announced on its Facebook page on Friday. "Hope to see you at one of our locations today! And stay tuned for grand opening parties." 

Shoppers can find Violets Blue new store between Justice and Gilly Hicks. 

The store had its start on Sayville's Main Street in 2009 and due to a rent increase relocated to the Aldi shopping center in Lake Grove where they stayed for about three years before moving to Smith Haven Mall. Massage Envy is slated to fill the spot Violets Blue vacated in Lake Grove. 

While closed in Smith Haven Mall, Violets Blue has expanded by opening up a second store in the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington. The Walt Whitman store is also celebrating its grand opening on Friday.
