Experienced Electrical Estimator: According to Monster, this Holtsville-based company is looking for someone to analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications and addendums to ensure codes and regulations are met; maintain and prepare bid documentation; review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of the estimate; prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services and calculate actual quantities and costs versus bid amount.

According to the job post, in this role, you will support the company’s aggressive growth initiatives as you provide strategic direction for improvement of process.
