Ronkonkoma Chamber Launches 'Taste of Ronkonkoma'

The Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce will kick off its first annual "Taste of Ronkonkoma" event in the Crystal Ballroom of the Ronkonkoma Holiday Inn on Veterans Highway this evening.

The meet-and-greet provides an opportunity for area residents to sample some of the best food Ronkonkoma has to offer, while donating money to a good cause. Part of the proceeds from tonight's event will benefit Angela's House, a non-profit organization that offers aid to families taking care of medically frail children.

The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. and some tickets will be available at the door. Tickets are $10 per person. Children under five are admitted free of charge. Sponsors for the event include Ronkonkoma Holiday Inn, Edible Arrangements and Taylor Fuel.
