Tommy Moloney's Meats Signs Distribution Agreement with J. Kings: According to eReleases, Tommy Moloney’s Meats, the largest importer and producer of Irish meat products in the United States, has signed a major new distribution agreement with Holtsville's J. Kings Foodservice, the largest independent food products distributor in the New York Metro area. To launch the new distribution accord, the companies will host a Culinary Spectacular at The Manhattan Club at Rosie O’Grady’s in New York City on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Greifeld's Next Move at Nasdaq: While this is as much a Sachem alum update as it is a business story, it still fits in our Sachem Patch Business Notes. According to a report from Fox Business News, Sachem alum Bob Greifeld, the CEO of Nasdaq, has some imminent moves to make, which could include a consolidation of power at the stock market and a possible future deal with a foreign player, the FOX Business Network has learned.
