NFL Action Offered at Most Area Eateries
A short wrap of local bars and restaurants with television service in the Sachem community.
For those still without power and waiting on LIPA to restore service, one diversion might be to catch the NFL action on Sunday. While the Jets are off for their bye week, the Giants are back hom after a big win in Dallas to take on the Pittsburg Steelers.
Here are some local bars that are operational and planning to air the game on its mounted televisions.
Just a note: you might want to bring cash when you go. Some establishments are able to process credit transactions, some are taking down credit card numbers and signatures to run at another time, and some places are only accepting cash.
