iPad Air, the fifth edition of Apple's tablet, goes on sale Friday and Smith Haven Mall's Apple store is expecting to start sales early.
A sign outside the store's Lake Grove location said that the tablet will go on sale at 8 a.m.
An Apple store employee told Patch that lineups are first expected outside the mall before moving inside the mall.
