Farmingville Hampton Inn Sold

Hotel among 16 sold for $217 million.

The Farmingville location of Hampton Inn has reportedly been sold.

According to Newsday, the 2000 N. Ocean Ave. hotel is one of 16 hotels sold by Philadelphia-based Hersha, a real estate investment trust. The hotels have been sold to Blackstone for $217 million.

The one other Long Island hotel included in the sale is a Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge.
