Police say man was lying between concrete barrier that separates the east and westbound lanes.

Suffolk Police are investigating the death a man who was found lying inside the center cement barrier between the east and westbound lanes of the Long Island Expressway in Ronkonkoma.

Police say the 52-year old man was found on the eastbound side between exits 60 and 61 at around 5:30 this morning. The man was rushed to Stony Brook University Medical Center where he later died.
