Sachem's Katy Apostolico to Perform in “Feeling Good" at Renowned NYC Club

Is part of cast filled with young Long Island talent.

Sachem East student Katy Apostolico will play a role in "Feeling Good," a production by Huntington Cabaret at The Duplex Piano Bar & Cabaret, one of New York City's most legendary clubs.

The performance is Sunday, Dec. 12 and consists of cast members from 14 to 18 years old. The program includes American standards and contemporary cabaret songs. 

The cast also includes Julia Biedry of Cold Spring Harbor High School; Jakeim Hart, a student at John Glenn High School in Elwood; Jessica Kushner of Roslyn High School; Liz Stumpel, a senior at Wantagh Senior High School; Leilani D'Onofrio, a sophomore at Glen Cove High School; Nicole Sweet of Roslyn High School, and Allison Tamburello of Copiague, a senior at Long Island High School for the Arts.

Linda Ray founded Huntington Cabaret in 2001. Her collaborators have included leading, award-winning directors and musical directors from the New York City cabaret world. 

Huntington Cabaret produces original cabaret shows in major New York City cabaret clubs, featuring Long Island singers.

Ray, donating benefit performances of Huntington Cabaret shows, has raised more than $40,000 in recent years for Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk, the Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk, The Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the Huntington Women's Center.
