Spring is almost here and we are celebrating warmer weather, healthier lifestyles, greener initiatives and Whole Foods' first birthday.

Whole Foods Market Lake Grove will be hosting a variety of events this March to get you and your loved ones in to the spring spirit.

Whether looking to eat healthy with “Luck of the Irish Green Smoothies,” introduce the kids to some seafood options, donate to the Whole Planet Foundation or celebrate its first birthday Whole Foods Market’s calendar has a little something for everyone.

Saturday, March 12 — 3:30 p.m. — Controlling Emotional Eating — FREE: Be proactive to control your weight. Join our Healthy Eating Specialist, Tim, and Whole Foods Market’s very own Holistic Health Coach, Don Deaner, to learn the best methods for identifying and fighting emotional eating habits.
