The Great Escape: Purchasing a New Fragrance

If you have been thinking about finding a new signature scent, why not pick a day soon and make it happen?

Stop in at Friendly Drugs in Holbrook to sample perfumes by Dolce and Gabanna, Armani, Gucci, Prada and the full Burberry line, just to name a few.

Kohl's carries many perfume lines such as Coach, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Oscar de le Renta and Tommy Hilfiger.  While you are there you can sample many of the different celebrity scents that are out now.  Try Faith Hill's “True”, Halle Berry's eponymous fragrance or her two other scents, “Reveal” and “Pure Orchid.”  You can also try Celine Dion's self titled scent along with her others, “Chic” “Sensational” & “Pure Brilliance.”  Her perfume line can also be found at CVS in Farmingville, Holbrook and Lake Ronkonkoma.

Costco in Holbrook carries Calvin Klein's “Euphoria,” Yves Saint Laurent's “Opium Eau De Toilette” and Lolita Lempicka's “Eau De Parfum Spray". Rite Aid in Farmingville and Ronkonkoma carries Elizabeth Taylor's “White Diamonds” and “White Shoulders,” Elizabeth Arden's “Red Door” and many others.

If none of the scents from those stores dazzle you, you might find one you like at Kmart in Farmingville.  They carry “Happy” by Clinique, “Realities” by Liz Claiborne, “Black” by Kenneth Cole, “Pleasures Delight” by Estee Lauder, Versace's “Woman” and “Crystal Noir,” “Tresor” by Lancome and Mariah Carey's and Carolina Herrera's self titled perfumes.

If you prefer a lighter fragrance, keep in mind that all of the stores mentioned above carry several lines of body splashes.  You can also find those at Bath and Body Works  stores located nearby in Selden or Lake Grove.
