Every spring, China’s cities are plunged into chaos as an astonishing 130 million migrant workers journey to their home villages for the New Year’s holiday. Working over several years in classic verité style, Chinese-Canadian filmmaker Lixin Fan travels with one couple who have embarked on this annual trek for almost two decades. Chinese with English subtitles.

No registration is required, though audience size is limited. Tickets will be available one-half hour before the start of the program on a first-come, first-served basis. Materials for these programs are appropriate for children 3-5 years old; however, all are welcome to attend.
