Local Leaders Support Area Concert Series
Nesconset outdoor concert series draws hundreds of music fans under the stars.
Suffolk County Legislator John M. Kennedy, Jr., recently attended the 2013 Summer Concert Series held by the Nesconset Chamber of Commerce.
"Just Groovin'" played all the top dance songs from the 1970s to present day at last week's show in the gazebo. Over 250 people attended the concert despite some rainfall during the day.
The Nesconset concert series has featured bands this year such as as “45 RPM”, “Minute by Minute”, “That 70s Band”, and “Songs in the Attic” who kicked off the 2013 series.
