Lake Ronkonkoma Heritage Association Announces 2012 Schedule

Here's a look at the 2012 schedule of evens for the Lake Ronkonkoma Heritage Association:

• Friday April 20, 2012: Chinese Auction to be held in Lake Ronkonkoma 
• Saturday May 12, 2012: The First Annual Lt. Michael Murphy Regatta on Lake Ronkonkoma. To be held at three parks surrounding the Lake.
• Saturday May 12, 2012 from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM: The First Annual Photograph Lake Ronkonkoma Contest (for all ages, 4 group competition)
• Thursday June 14, 2012: Flag Day and the Presentation of the Photograph Lake Ronkonkoma Contest Awards. To be held at the American Legion.
• Sunday August 5, 2012: Second Annual Motor Parkway Sunday Drive to Lake Ronkonkoma Parade & Car Show. Same time, same place.  However, the event has greatly expanded. Many have already confirmed their participation.
• Sunday October 28, 2012: Second Annual Motor Parkway Parade Celebrating the 101st Anniversary of the Completion of the Lake Ronkonkoma Section.
