Gallery: Candlelight Memorial For Victims in Connecticut Shooting

Each speaker had a personalized reaction to the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, but collectively they offered hope and encouragement during an emotional tribute held at Moloney Funeral Home in Lake Ronkonkoma on Tuesday night.

Leaders from the Jewish and Christian faiths gathered on the steps of the Mother Teresa Tribute Center and spoke about the senseless tragedy and what hope for eternity we can glean from the event. In the end, Dan Moloney read off the names of all 26 victims of the shooting in Newtown Conn. Sobs were audible during the reading.
