There are many things happening in the Sachem community each week this summer, but here's a look at a few going on this week:
1. : The fun starts this summer on Farmingville, Tuesday, July 12, when their summer series kicks off with Zumba for the entire family.
2. : The Town of Brookhaven will have a zoning board meeting at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13.

5. Sachem Summer League Action: The varsity basketball, soccer and field hockey summer league teams are playing multiple games throughout the week. Instead of driving around various parts of Suffolk County to see the action, just log onto Sachem Patch and see the highlighted game each day.
