Sachem Swim Club: Masters Program

Sachem Swim Club is starting a Masters swimming program for swimmers 18+ and we hope you want to be a part of it!  We will be holding practices on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.  Practice on Monday and Friday will be held at Sachem East HS, while practice on Wednesday will be held at Sachem North HS.  All practices will run from 7:45-9:15 p.m.  The Fall session begins on Monday, September 23rd, and will run through December 20th (12 weeks).  We will have a winter session that begins in January, after the new year.   All interested swimmers need to be registered with USMS BEFORE starting practice. You can register as a USMS swimmer through the Metro Masters website. Once you are a registered USMS swimmer, you can register for Masters of Sachem Swimming (MOSS). The fee for registration for the fall 12 week session is $375 (basically $10 per practice).     The success of this new program is dependent upon you.  There seems to be a great need for more opportunities like this for swimmers like you, and it can only grow through word of mouth.  So tell your friends and let them know!  We are starting with three sessions per week, but if the program takes off, we will add as many evenings as our members want.
