Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Dedicates New Ronkonkoma Office

Local officials and leaders from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens cut the ribbon on the company’s brand new Ronkonkoma Regional office at 2395 Ocean Avenue, Suite 1 in Ronkonkoma during a grand opening ceremony and reception on Tuesday, October 22. The new office is home to more than 50 affiliated sales associates serving the needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the area.

 

Attending the ribbon-cutting alongside the office’s staff, affiliated sales associates and Branch Vice President Bill McCartney were Frank Tantone, Islip chairman of the Suffolk County Republican Committee, Denise Schwarz, president of the Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce, Michael Wentz, president of the Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce, and Doug Smith, Constituent Services representative from the office of New York State Assemblyman Alfred Smith. Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens was also in attendance.

“We are excited about growing our team in this new, state-of-the-art space,” McCartney said. “Our new location on Ocean Avenue situates us for convenient and direct accessibility to all the markets we serve.”

Encompassing approximately 2300 square feet, the Ronkonkoma Regional office offers nine computer terminals for agent use, Wi-Fi access, as well as the ability to print from mobile devices to multi-function printers that also scan, copy, email and fax. The conference room features a flat-screen television mounted for client and customer presentations and an additional flat-screen television for meetings and training purposes.

 

Associates enjoy their own direct phone numbers with the “Follow me, find me” technology, and eFax numbers that point directly to them. They will continue to enjoy exclusive technological services to make them as efficient as possible, while still providing a truly remarkable level of service to their clients and customers, including: HomeBase, an online Transaction Management Platform that allows the agent and the consumer to communicate online about the details of the transaction; HomeBase InTouch, a lead generation system that turns email inquiries into cell phone messages that are then delivered within 15 seconds to sales associates’ cell phones; as well as lead generation sites, and online documents and forms.
