Bill McCartney Named Residential Real Estate Manager of the Year by LIBN
Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, is pleased to announce that Bill McCartney has been named Residential Real Estate Manager of the Year by the Long Island Business News (LIBN).
McCartney was selected for the award by LIBN’s editorial staff for his leadership of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Ronkonkoma Regional office in 2013. He will be honored at LIBN’s 2014 Real Estate & Development Awards, to be held on April 22nd at the Crest Hollow Country Club.

Originally pursuing a career in Finance, McCartney entered real estate in 2002. He was a successful and respected sales associate in the Bellmore Office from 2006 until his 2008 appointment as Assistant Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Huntington Regional Office. He was appointed Branch Manager of the Bellmore office in 2008, and then Branch Manager of the Ronkonkoma Regional office in 2010.
