Grand Opening, New Dance Studio Tops Today's News In Sachem

No BOE Meeting. A reminder to Sachem residents that there is no Sachem Board of Education meeting scheduled for tonight. Tonight's tentative meeting has been moved to next Wednesday, August 28.
Grand Opening For Creative House. Creative House, a new home for the arts in Sachem, is holding its grand opening today at 12 noon. The arts center is located at 2402 Ocean Avenue in Ronkonkoma. Sample free classes, meet the staff and enjoy some food. Radio station WBLI will be there handing out free gifts.
Meet The Owners. Later today, Sachem Patch will publish our Q&A session with David Maczkiewicz, owner of the new Paramount Dance Studio in Holtsville, which will be holding its Grand Opening on August 26.
Sachem Boys Soccer. We know football is back in season, but so is soccer, and Sachem Patch will publish the Boy's Varsity Soccer schedules for both Sachem North and Sachem East. Check back with Patch later in the day.
